anyone know the difference in the mobil1 5w30 full synthetic, and the mobil1 5w30 full synthetic truck and suv formula(i think thats right??!)?? i saw this the other week and ive been wondering about it ever since. also want to add, there is no cost difference between the two!! any info??? appreciate

hey man, it took me to the "whats the right oil for my car" page(didnt show any of your info). what i read about the truck and suv formula was that it had some extra addative in it. so im guessing either one is more than likely the same.

I'm guessing that there aren't any important differences between the two - but since they are the same price where I buy my oil I usually get the truck and SUV one.

Have you ever looked at the ingredients in Excedrine and Excedrine Migraine? They are exactly the same. The price is the same, the name is different...

My guess is that these two oils are exactly the same. It is a marketing gimmick.

you're probably right!! ill probably go with the truck and suv formula since they are the same price........if its the same stuff,it wont matter!
