I am getting ready to tow my wife's car across the U.S. and it is just in time for new tires. I have a an 02 Tundra (2WD) with 6 and a half inch lift. I currently run 305/70/16, Goodyear MTR's. I am looking for longer life and expect less time off road (but I don't count it out). I was looking at the Goodyear Wrangler, Silent armor, but I think they don't make them up to my size. I need to take the weather into consideration, with the chance of having to drive in the snow and more rain. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks for your time.

IF you want a larger tire, i can make some suggestions.

1. BFG AT T/A KO
2. Goodyear Duratrac (more MT than AT, but it's a Hybrid AT nonetheless)
3. Nitto Terra Grappler
4. Nitto Trail Grappler (might as well be a MT)
5. Toyo Open Country AT.

I've ran the KOs and got 40k out of them.

Switched to the NItto Terra grappler and have 3K miles on them so far. Louder on the highway than my KOs, but not annoyingly loud even on my 13 hour drives.

You're only running a 33", right? I believe a 305/70/18 is a 35, so take away 2 for the difference in rim and you're at a 33..

All of those tires should get you to that overall height requirement, and probably same dimensions overall.

Goodluck and safe travels,
