Can you name the manufacturer of this light bar?

I thought it was a Defiant at first, but the Defiant light bar mounts through the lower grill, this is below the bumper. Any thoughts?

haha, I like the responses guys. I guess the "smaller vehicle" idea makes sense, I hadn't thought of that, but I see that truck ALLLL the time and always wondered who on earth would make HALF of a bar
