Hello All,

I was gifted a 2000 Tundra 4.7L Limited with just shy of 248,000 miles.
It runs great & recently replaced a few things on it:
-EVAP Fuel Evaporation Canister 77740-34080
-PCV Valve
-Fuel Filter
-Spark plugs
-Purge Valve

Car is at the Toyota Service Center getting tires rotated & Full synthetic 5w-30 (Amazon Basics) oil change, tire rotation & balance.

Anything I should look out for or keep my eye on at this mileage.

Thanks.
-Joe

That is one SWEET Gift! Enjoy it. I guess you know the Gifter well enuf to ask when the last Timing Belt Service or any other major Jobs had been done!
Full Drain Radiator Flush, a Drive Shaft Spider Universal Joints Center Carrier Bearing Check/Differentials/Transfer Case/Tranny Fluid Drain and Fill to get an idea of the condition, and anything Front End Suspension if shady along with what youre doing is about all you need to keep up on!

Nice Truck.

Timing belt. We’ve always stayed ahead of that with our 2001 that now has 415,000 miles. About to do our 4th belt once we have a related issue.
Dude, so this happened in December of 2021 & it was so random. I'm not sure how you can tell when a timing belt is about to give out. But she's been great ever since that repair.

Do a search on here about anything you have questions on. Pretty much guaranteed you will find existing detailed threads that should answer all your questions. In this case, almost everyone swears by OEM parts for electrical things like coils and 02 sensors. In this case both are Denso.

Check this thread, specifically post 14 by PHM, he gives full details on what one and where to buy and why, and to watch out for counterfeit parts.
