I just purchased a 2004 DC w/ a Magnaflow CATback exhaust system & K & N
intake system. The truck came from California & live in Idaho. Will there be anything I have to do to adjust for the alitude difference? Thansk in advance.

i would seriously consider going back to stock air filter and check the exhaust to see what they've done back there. piping should not be much bigger than 2 3/8" diameter if single outlet. going with larger pipes will lead to low end torque loss that is worse in higher altitudes.

other potential problem areas on the 04 DC:
heater/ac blower motor squeek
a/c line going into condensor in front of radiator leak
rear shock squeek
vibrating muffler/tailpipe

check the TSB section of this site for more info. there's a slight chance you were affected by the "first" ball joint recall.

otherwise, great truck! enjoy!
