I have a 2017 Tundra 4x4 with stock steel wheels no lift. I want to replace with XD rockstar 3. Tires on it are 255-70-18 with what I am told is a +60 offset. Can I go with a 285-70-18 Rockstar wheel with a 0 offset? I think the math works this way but want to make sure I have it right: +60 to 0 = roughly 2" move of the whole wheel towards the outside of the truck. 285 vs 255 is 1 total inch of extra width on the tire giving me an extra inch of clearance on the inside and moves the outside of the tire 3" out. If this is right, should I go with a 9" or 10" wide wheel or does it really matter?
