So my wiper fluid stopped working. Just assumed they clogged up so I cleaned them out with no success. So then I removed the hose from the back of the nossel and blew onto the hose and watched the tank start to bubble so its not the lines. Then I removed the hose from the closest point to the tank and pulled the stick to start the fluid and still nothing! Does it sound like I have a bad wiper fluid pump? I searched the forum and found this picture below. Any recommendations on how to get to that little sucker? I'm sure ill have to go through the wheel well but I hate taking off those little black tack looking inserts (they always break for me!). Anyone ever attempt this?

Have you checked the proper fuse? Can you hear the motor when you lift the wiper control arm?
