Sorry if this is not the right area to post this but I'm tired of searching for anwers, I have a 1991 toyota pickup sr5 1 ton extended cab, 6cylinders 4wD, the question I have is if its lifted, I installed some autoz*** shocks (front) now it rattles more than before... how do I determine if its lifted? it sure appears to me to be a little higher than some trucks of same model I've seen, any help would be greatly appreciated.... I need it before I can order the right shocks for it, either 1,2,3 inch lift etc..

The easiest way to see if something is lifted is to measure before and after. Since you clearly did not measure before you can't do this.

I would find a similar equipped '91 'yota (one without a lift) and measure the distance from the ground to either the frame rail or the top of the fender. Measure your truck at the same locations and it should give you an idea of how much lift you have.

what kind of suspension is it? if it has coil springs in front, check for coil spacers. it looks stock to me though.
