About 50K miles ago, I put the OEM Offroad Bilsteins you can only get from the dealer on my truck. I can't find any ball park numbers for what to expect from these mileage wise. I think I'm near the end, but shocks degrade so gradually, that you typically only replace them when its so obvious it should have been done miles ago. I'm not there yet. I know alot of this depends on driving conditions and this is entirely subjective, but I was curious if any members had experience on how many miles they got out of their Bilstein's before they should have changed them?

I'm going to hold off for now and run them another year or two, but when I priced them out at the dealer, all 4 would run me $445. Originally the truck had the old black tokiko shocks which were junk, and to keep a softer ride but yet not too stiff, I decided to go OEM TRD Bilstein and have really liked them. After reading your comment, I think holding off is a good idea. Thanks.

The OEM Bilstein's don't have a harsh ride at all.. quite happy with them, when I go to replace them I'll go with the Bilstein 4600's .. I see they can be had online for $345.. I have the front end thunk and I need to diagnose that first..
