Is there any way to improve reception on the factory radio. I can't get stations that are 50 to 60 miles away that I used to get with my factory ford radio. My wife just got an 08 Lexus GX 470 and it has the same problem. She had an expedition with no external antenna that picked up better than her GX. Don't really want to replace the radio with aftermarket but that might be the only option. Thanks
