I have searched all over this forum, so if I have missed a thread about this, someone please redirect me.
I have a '07 DC Limited and I hate that the power window lock button locks out all the non-driver windows even for the driver. My lab has figured out that if he steps on the window switches on either side in the back he can lower the windows even more, so I always lock them when he's in the truck. But every time I need to adjust them for whatever reason I have to remember (and never do) to cancel the window lock, then relock, and on and on. . .
The driver should have control of all the windows no matter if the lock is engaged or not!
I would like the other three switches on the driver's door to operate the same as the one for the driver's window (not interested in auto-down, though). Do any of you wiring wizzards know how to achieve this?
Many :ts: from a first-time poster!
