Has anyone mounted a Prodigy brake controller in an '07 Tundra yet? I have scoped out the pocket right in front of the shifter. The unit fits in nicely. I dropped the glove box door and it looks like the harness can be fished through to the plug in the left kick panel. It's tight under the dash and there is something expensive looking right behind that pocket. Wouldn't want to drill into something expensive looking. There are 4 (I think) bolts that hold the rest of the glove box in. With that removed it may be possible to push the pocket out for drilling and mounting. I hate to take a brand new truck apart but hate drilling holes in the lower part of the dash even more. Any ideas?

Check this thread out---http://www.tundrasolutions.com/forums/towing/88587-brake-controller-placement-in-2007-a/

It has pictures of what I think you are talking about.

Thanks Toyforlife, that's exactly what I was looking for. Now for the guts to disassemble a brand new truck. Oh well, did when I put the CD changer in my '98 'Runner. Thanks again!
P.S. Maybe I should learn to use the search feature in the future.
