Hey all, I was just looking over all the parts I ordered for my HID projector retrofit install.
I ordered a wiring relay harness as well with it but it isn't making sense on how to connect it.

I have attached a pic.

I will explain what I see.

I have a red and a black wire with looped connectors Im assuming that go to the battery.
Then I have the 2 black connectors that will attach to the ballasts that power the D2S bulbs.

Then there are those 2 extra wires (the long skinny exposed plugs, a black and a red wire) but this is where Im confused. Does this connect to ONE of the factory plugs and the other factory plug doesn't get connected to anything??

Can someone please explain this a little more. Thanks

yes. no need to connect to both. all you are doing is getting a trigger for the relay to draw power from the battery. thus, just one side is all it needs. when u turn on the lights, the power at one plug triggers the relay to close and draw power from the battery and out to both connectors for the ballasts that then go to the bulbs. u got it all figured out correctly.
