I keep getting an annoying rattle on my drivers side seat buckle I have done a little research in the forums and I haven't learned much about the problem, is there anyone else out there that has fixed this. Its not coming from the buckle itsself its coming from the middle piller. Its getting louder and its driving me crazy.

I have the same issue. I thought it was the buckle rubbing up against the center console. But when I removed the center console to put in some wiring it continued to squeak. It sounded like it was coming from inside the seat in the buckle location.
Had a similar problem on my Tundra. Couldn't nail down the source. After a couple trips to the dealership, they found it. Seat rails need to be tightened to the deck. Simple.

The early 05's had an issue similar to this. Everyone thought it was coming from the seat belt buckles smacking against the truck inside....turns out it was the bushings used to mount the cab to the frame. The fix is to have the dealer jack the whole f'n cab off the frame...install new bushings and hardware and remount. Nice....I had this done on my 05 and yes it fixed the problem...but I lost a few nights sleep thinking about my brand new truck getting violtated like that. I pray this isn't coming back again. I'm getting a new 07 soon and don't want the bull**** of 05 again...ie, paint chipping from stones on the bottom....front edge of box or the cab rattle.
