Rear diff oil change

I changed mine 2 weeks ago in my 2010 DC.Used Amsoil Severe Gear 75-90 (4 quarts). Mileage at 13000 miles was 16.9 before changing rear-diff fluid. This week,it's 17.2 MPGs,was it the Amsoil or...... coincidence?:eek:
