Not unless you have a beefy spring compressor in your garage and feel confident about it. These are adjustable in that you have to take them off the truck to adjust, unlike the Toytec adjustable coilovers (and others) that have a threaded collar and allow use of a spanner wrench to adjust while on truck. To Adjust in the cheapest manner, take the coilover assembly off the truck (three 14mm nuts on top, one 3/4" bolt on bottom) and take to your favorite mechanic. he shouldn't charge you too much to do this. Then put em back on truck, and go get alignment. Also, don't mess with that center nut on top of the coil! That one holds the strut to the coil and is dangerous if removed.
