hey i recently did the 3'' toy tec lift with the bilsteins 5100's and i must say wow what a difference in ride with the shocks !!! i love them even only having them for a few days, the 3'' toy tec lift tho love the stance but its kinda cheap and the 1/2'' strut spacers barely even fit with the kit and the coil spacer barley fit, had to reuse the ubolt for the AAl which every thing sucked cause it was all rusted to **** b for the install , but all in all i love them together, like the height but now want higher !! 305 55 20's go on tomo !!! will post pics tomo !!!!

oh yea and the bestest thing i bought. . . . . . brand new trd headers off ebay for $430 !!!!
Exhaust Headers - 4.7L V8 PTR16-34000-10

Not unless you have a beefy spring compressor in your garage and feel confident about it. These are adjustable in that you have to take them off the truck to adjust, unlike the Toytec adjustable coilovers (and others) that have a threaded collar and allow use of a spanner wrench to adjust while on truck. To Adjust in the cheapest manner, take the coilover assembly off the truck (three 14mm nuts on top, one 3/4" bolt on bottom) and take to your favorite mechanic. he shouldn't charge you too much to do this. Then put em back on truck, and go get alignment. Also, don't mess with that center nut on top of the coil! That one holds the strut to the coil and is dangerous if removed.
