I was wondering if we would need to repack the wheel bearing? or is it maintness free? I looked at the nut that's holding the bearing.. anyone know where we could get that socket (size)? I tried to find it in auto parts store and in sears but no luck yet. Is it only threw toyota?

Most vehicles come with permanetly packed wheel bearings and hubs requiring no maintenance.

If you had to replace the bearing u will have to replace the entire unit as a piece.

Bearings are not repackable...they are permanently lubed. ...Till they fail at about 100-200+k miles. Don't sweat it too much. Till they need replacing. Trust me yu will know when they are due.
