rough idel/reverse Help

sorry if this is a NOOB question but here we go:
i jus installed a trueflow intake, JBA headers, and a catback Borla exhaust on my tundra. i love it but jus a quick question....When im sitting at a stop light the truck has a rough idle(shakes/vibrates alot) and when im in reverse its very rough.
Was wondering if this is jus the new pipes breaking in and the truck has to "learn" the new set up and the shaking will calm down or go away. Or is this something i jus have to get use to
thanks

Maybe give it some time don't recall mine doing that it did idle high for abit.
Never had that happen on any vehicle when I modified exhaust/intake. Did you disconnect the battery before install?

Hey! I was wondering the same thing.:D
How about it myttundra2001?
Disconnect the battery (reset the ECU) and see if that fixes it. By the way, how many RPMs are you reading? You may need to adjust the throttle plate. If RPMs are fine, perhaps your timing is off. Just my .02
