I have a 2000 Tundra with a Flow Master Cat-Back and a K&N intake with bout 90,000 miles on it, and i plan soon installing a TRD supercharger with a Unichip, i know that they dont make them S/C and i heard that u can use the 01' Sequoia TRD supercharger but i heard that u have to change a hoses of something i cant really remember. does anyone know what it is?

If you have the supercharger for the '01 Sequoia and all the ancillary
items needed to complete the project i.e. ECU, wiring harness, etc.
the installation will be straight forward because the instructions that
come with the kit are written to cover the Tundra and Sequoia and
will cover all the differences between the two.

You will have to lose your cold air intake and reinstall the stocker
because the supercharger is not compatible with it. Also, I would
excersise a little caution with a "chipped" supercharged 4.7 with
90,000 miles or you may find some extra holes in the side of your
block.
