Seafoam treatment good or bad?

If I were you I'd just add it to your next tank of gas before you fill up and run the tank down to less than 1/4 so it can clean things up. I personally run b12 chemtool in the tank. If the throttle body is that dirty then you should clean it directly with a spray.
