I have an opportunity to purchase a 2005 Camry LE with very little mileage for under $13,000. I know nothing about this model. Looking for some input. Thanks.

Well okay, I'll bite.....

I DID in fact recently buy an '05 Camry LE w/4cyl.

I've only gone through two tanks of gas.... that's it. So it's still new to me. Rather than assume that all Toyota products are perfect, are there any characteristics about the '05 series and it's four banger that I might want to be told about????

If you are looking for an economical, comfortable, reliable,
car. Then buy it. We bout ours brand new, have driven
it on trips from RI to Florida and back, and on another
trip to Western Ohio and back. We averaged 70 - 80
mph and averaged 32 miles per gallon. With the 6
speed automatic it is a real highway cruiser. Yes I have
the 4 cylinder and after having a V6 in my 1994, I can
say it does just as well and I like it.:tu: :tu:

all in agreement excepth that it is a 5 speed automatic. changed from a 4 speed in 05
we love ours. 34 mpg. great long trip car. i have improved mine with minimal effort (look at my sig)
uner 13K is a steal. i paid 21K in 3/05
snag it.
