[FONT='Calibri','sans-serif']I am putting a custom face speedometer in my truck. The bumper to bumper warranty is up but the drive train warranty is still good. Is the mileage in the 06 tacoma stored in the ecm? Will the mileage in the new odometer change to the mileage in the ecm unit? I don’t want to void the drive train warranty.[/FONT]

Mileage and time are logged into the 'long term' memory of the ECU and normally can not be reset. However, there are digital mileage correction tools that can be purchased and loaded into the diagnostic socket to modify these settings.
