My dealer told me it is only available in regular cab for now, and it will be offered in the DC. Don't know about the Crew Cab.
Don't know about tha Crewax but the Pkg is available on Double Cab's, plenty of them out there.
I just picked mine up today in reg. cab form. Cant beat the looks of the sap IMO.:tu:
Anyone have the part numbers for the shell and rear bumper parts? I'm getting a black crew max and want a black grill and rear bumper. I have a black '05 DC limited and want the same look, ALL black. Also, dies the rear cover require a new 'under bumper' or what ever it's called.

The only thing that I do not like about the sport appearance package is the lack of a real rear bumper. I know what they are using looks better but a full size serves a pupose.
I really like the rear bumper on the sport package, but I agree a real bumper would be better for all around use. I was planning on a roll pan so the sport bumper helped me save a little cash there. :D
'07sport is right, the sport package is available in the double cab. If you go to a Toyota dealership sight you can go to "build" your Toyota and see what the one you want looks like. My dealership is Magness Toyota in Harrison, Arkansas...Magness Toyota | Harrison | Toyota Dealership. They have a red double cab, sport on the lot...You can look at it by going to inventory.
If you like the body color look but prefer a proper bumper, both front and rear "normal" bumpers are not hard to remove and respray in black or any body color. Best of both worlds. :heh:
the rear bumper is hideous in my opinion.... it looks like they tried to make it a roll pan valance type of panel but then it has this step part jutting out that just looks like an ill concieved design.... alot like the early 90's S-10 bumpers did that looked like crap. just paint a normal bumper or get the SAP and then get a normal bumper and have it painted....and nothing looks worse than the SAP bumper with a tacky bolt on hitch hanging down that u have to do if u want to actually use your truck for toys...
I have the sport pkg...My last two trucks had roll pans so this was the closest I could get without going to the english wheel...I also have that "crappy" looking drop down trailer hitch and your right, it looks tacky to say the least. I can't do any heavy hauling because I lowered the truck and have some drive shaft issues to keep in check but, I still need the trailer hitch on occasion. My big change, if I could make one and probably will sometime is the plastic strip over the grill. It is the perfect place to install a true ram air system and make the fake strip funtional let alone gain some free ponies...

if you get a truck with no SAP. so you get the proper toyota hitch. then buy a SAP rear bumper, you can just slightly trim it to fit over the stock hitch.
I have "normal" bumpers and they are black. If you don't want to paint your parts, you can ask the dealer for "work truck" bumpers, grille, door handles, etc.

BTW, I have been seeing a LOT of this screen lately...

Anybody else think the server is overloaded?

Oh, and you might want to crawl under the back and look at the setup. IIRC, my hitch was integrated with the rear bumper...no reason to trim cuz you lose the hitch when you lose the bumper. Is this new for 2010?...or is the SAP rear bumper compatible with the existing hitch setup??
Toyota needs to get off their arse and off it in all colors too!

I've never seen this message before...

ive never done it before, its just what i have read on this site, from someone else doing it. but i most certainly will go have a look now. cause what you are saying doesnt make a lot of sense on toyotas part, if this is true. i know the hitch is integrated into the frame. but the only thing that should be integrated to the bumper, is the receptacle for the trailer plug.

I looked again after posting the last message. The hitch is part of the bumper brackets on mine. As long as the two bumper "skins" attach to the brackets the same, it may work, but I'd want to be sure before I started buying parts. My trailer receptacle is mounted on the hitch, not the bumper.
Gentlemen, good day to you all! Allow me to intervene in your discussion about athletic appearance with a quick note. I can't imagine my life without sports, and once upon a time sports became a useful tool for me to make money. Whether you have that experience or not, Premier League picks are really worth it !
Hello guys. If you play sports, you should also know how to relax properly. This is important because the body needs to recover and be ready for new workouts! As I know many athletes use cannabis for this purpose, it helps to relax and sleep better. What do you think for example about delta 8 vape juice? In my opinion vaping is cool thing!
