I have an 05' SR5 and have also heard nothing. My neighbor has an 06' and got a recall notice last week. However, I did get the following notice today:

SSC 70A - 2003 THROUGH MID-2005 TUNDRA ACCESS CAB CHILD RESTRAINT ANCHORAGE SYSTEMS NON-COMPLIANCE RECALL. Doubt if I'll follow up on this one.

P.S. You might want to move this to the Gen I Tundra forum as none of these people on the 07' forun give a crap about us "old" Tundra owners.
I was just checking the posts to see if anyone has received their's also.
I have a 2005 DC and still haven't gotten notified either!
07's have not gotten the BJ TSB yet but the quality lubricant the use obviously is either poor quality or none was installed from get go?? at least they have been consistant for the last 2 TSB going back to like 2002 models to the 2006's so why would anyone think they got the BJ's fixed this time!!
i didnt get a letter, still havent as of today..i just called my local dealer (never goin there again) and got it done
Just received mine last week, and will have it done at the end of the month. I wasn't worried about getting it done. Your notices will eventually get to you.
I haven't gotten mine either.
Have not got mine either, I will be calling the dealers that around me.
I got my notice about a week ago. Although I had already called the dealership and had the work done before I got the notice.
05 DC, still waiting on my notice. May call over to the dealer and get on the schedule.
Not super worried about it....yet. ;)
Nope, no notice for me either. Perhaps not all of our trucks ARE part of the recall? I am not super worried either.

Same here: I got the work done in early Feb., the recall notice came last week.
I just called the service manager at my dealership, he started telling me that there's been no confirmation that all VINs are in the recall. I told him about the NHTSA list, and that he should stop bull $h!tting me because its not like numbers 2000404 to 2000409 would have defective ball joints, then 2000410 didn't then the next ones did. They all come out of the same pile of parts (I was hurting his ear at this point).

He then said "Ok, well we haven't officially received a confirmation that all the trucks are affected, but really the fact of the matter is that there just aren't enough parts". He went on to say that when the parts manufacturers catch up, then there will be more letters sent out.

I said "There, now don't you feel better telling the truth rather than losing future business"

I got silence for a few seconds.

Then he said "Don't worry, you will get a letter, just sit tight"
I haven't got mine and it's in the list. But last week I took mine in for the 15K mile service and had it done. I called the dealer three days before to set it up. Told him I didn't get the notice he said no problem. They took about 5 hours for the 15K service, BJ replacement and alignment.
I got mine about two weeks ago for the front end ball joint suspension plate or whatever it was. Took it in and had it done in about 1.5 hours.
John.......
I still haven't gotten my recall notice. BUT, I called the dealer and asked them to run my VIN, to see if it was part of the recall, and it is. I asked if I needed the letter in hand to get it done, and they said no. I have an appointment tomorrow am to get it done.
Don't care.

I don't want a $ 10 an hour repair tech touching my truck...
The Service Writer has ability to view all TSB's for your VIN when he pulls his computer up on line and enters your VIN#. they do not have to wait for a letter to do a TSB on a vehicle under warranty, they can even order the parts against your vehicle instead of putting you off saying we do not have available parts!! depends basically on your dealer! if he is not with program take it elsewhere, cause Toyota pays the dealesrship every last penny for all the work that's done!! Seems their are a bunch of dealerships that just don't trust their tech's or just should not be in biddness!!
I got mine done this am.
You don't have to wait for a letter in the mail to get your recall done.
it's a matter of picking up the phone and calling your local dealer, or one you prefer and scheduling an appt.
these recall threads are really getting to be stale chips.
