Hi, I have a 2004 AC Tundra, Limited, with a 6 disk changer in it, and all stock stereo components, I was wondering if it was possible to add a sub and an amp that i already have to the stock head unit. Thanks in advance

All you need is a line converter that wires to two of your stereo wires and converts the signal to an rca jack wich alows you to use rca cables to connect your amp (for example: Scosche Loc 80 or Slc4). Or you could find an amp with high level inputs, basically the stereo wires wire directly to the amp. Check out Crutchfield for good info and shop Ebay for good prices.
