Techstream help in Louisiana?

Is there anyone in Louisiana in the New Orleans to Baton Rouge area that has access to a Techstream that could help me out? I am trying to add a new TPMS sensor and activate the RS3200 alarm system. If anyone has access and can help or can suggest a service person to get in touch with please let me know.

Just take it to ray brandt, they charge like $20-30 a tire.
