Thought i had cracked manifolds!!

I heard the dreaded ticking! I thought i had cracked manifolds, so i took i took it to the dealer to have them check it out! Thought about headers but i was still under warranty! The manifolds ended up not being cracked. Another trusted mechanic i know said i have worn injectors! anyone heard of this?!
