That's pretty wide open.... what vehicle are you working on? what exactly did you do so far? did you follow the instructions in your timing belt kit or some diy somewhere? We can't even tell if you've disassembled anything and are trying to put it back together or if you're just checking your timing and things aren't lined up. Need more detail about your situation to have any chance at getting the right answer.
General info: When you change out the TB on a 4.7 engine you will initially align the crank pulley and cams with the marks on the new timing belt. After that even after one rotation of the engine the marks will no longer line up with the belt marks for several revolutions.

First , thank you for responding. As for my timing belt I referred to my toyota bible( Chiltons) and got it all figured out.
But now when I started re filling antifreeze it started leaking out of the side of the transmission case. So new problem; I mean she has 302000 miles on her so.
