Does anybody have an FSM or know the torque specs for mounting shocks?

I just got a set (all four) HD bilstein shocks and struts. Need to know the correct torque spec for the mounting nuts. I have searched but found no numbers. An help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Its a 2000 access cab if it makes a difference
