Tow mirrors

I just bought a 2001 V8 2wd AC Tundra from my brother who was going to trade it into the stealership for a 2010 Crewmax.

my question is, does anyone know if the 2nd gen tundra tow mirrors can be modified to fit a 2001 tundra. or if someone knows of a "finished looking" tow mirror from another truck like a ford f-150 or other make that would easily be modified to fit.

i do not want "clip ons"

I have never seen any. I use the clip ons and they work somewhat.

I think my question was over looked... I DO NOT WANT CLIP ON MIRRORS.
i want to know of a permanent tow mirror from another toyota, dodge, ford, GM, ect.
can be modified to fit the First Generation tundra?
has anyone done this before. i don't care for one that is heated, power, or turn signal.
i just want a manual folding "one piece" tow mirror.

Go to some car lots and compare your mirrors to the ones you want. IMO, those big mirrors would look gay on a Gen1, but to each his own. Whatever blows your skirt up dude.:tu:

So here is my two cents. I am not sure if this will work. My brother in law has a 2005 chevy silverado. It had stock mirrors on it. He wanted tow mirrors. He went to Kool-vue and found new tow mirrors. They look like factory tow mirrors. They look like they woud work on a tundra I don't really know. Its something looking into.

There was a post on here a while ago where someone took some Dodge tow mirrors and modified them to work on a Tundra. I tried to find the post but I couldn't. If I remember right it looked pretty good too.
