Stopped in last week to price a RAV 4. Had a list of true invoice pricing. Spoke with "Wilson" and told him I wanted to pay 3% of the invoice. He mentioned that he didn't have any problem with the offer.

Went back today. Actually had my sister with me. She bought new Corolla and I signed the papers on a RAV 4, at 2% over invoice.

No holdback, no hidden cost, low motor vehicle fee, no glass etching BS. This dealership is serious about selling cars. I suggest you look into spending $39 for Consumer Reports on line Car Buying Kit. It gave me all he prices and really streamlined the negotiation process.
