Hi,
I want a Toyota TRD Pro in Cav Blue but won't be able to afford one for at least 24 months..
What's different about TRD Pros and the base model 4x4 Tacoma?
Since I can't afford the actual beast yet I'm thinking about buying a used Tacoma and getting it repainted in blue, adding running boards, off road tires and lifting it a tad bit so it's similar to the TRD Pro.
Any advice, recommendations on tundrasolutions

If a Taco is what you want, great. But if a Tundra is what you really need, get a SR5 Tundra and build up as funds allow.

The Taco is also available as a TRD Pro, I dont think he wants a Tundra, just a Pro.
And tejas, if you want some advice, dont waste your money. I guess if you have all kinds of disposable income go for it, but it doesnt sound like you are in that position, so do you really want to spend huge bucks painting a truck just so it looks like something else?
Watch the video below, it shows a Pro isnt even that much different than the Off Road version. My advice, get an Off Road and enjoy it knowing you didnt drop another $10 grand for a very similar truck.
