WHY IS IT SO HARD TO CHECK TRANSMISSION FLUID ON THIS TOYOTA? IT SAYS ITS "SEALED", DOES THIS MEAN I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO THE DEALER?

EVERYTIME I TAKE THE SEQUOIA TO HAVE THE OIL CHANGED, DOES THAT MEAN THE LEVEL HAS NEVER BEEN CHECKED IN THE LAST 5 YEARS ?
