I just isntalled a set of trd headers on my sequoia and it was not as bad as I thought. The next step is I need to have the cat pipe cut down and a two bolt flange welded on. Does anyone know how much needs to be cut down? Reason I ask is because I cannot drive the car anywhere it is way to loud.

Nice work! Glad it went smooth for you....as there is typically some frustration with this type of install. Not sure about the cutting? It does look like this might be different than the tundra though. Do you also have the TRD dual exhaust? If so, there are others dying to see the way the drivers side pipe is run. Good luck with the connections.

I was a little scared of the install at first but I was a jet engine mechanic in the Air Force so I am used to working in tight spaces and having to find different angles to get at bolts. I have a trd exhaust but it is not a dual it is a single exit out the back. I will post pics when I fianlly get the flange situation figured out.
