Sweet, now if we could just get rid of that pesky speed limiter.

if you find out how please let me know! I think URD are working on something, they mostly do stuff for the Tacoma/FJC but they told me to e-mail them back after a few weeks about a speed unlimiter for the Tundra

The pdf stated the part is available "DIO."
Does that mean Dealer Install Only?

Dealer or at home, up to you. It just cannot be added at the factory or the port as an option.

OMG! I am drooooling if you are talking about the 5.7 liter. :D

I see a white 5.7 4x2 reg cab, 6ft bed in my future with a license plate holder that reads SRT10 and Lighting Killer!

Go black with the TRD 22's. That would be a mean truck.

Right on! Does it show any other superchargers, like for the 4.7 or the 4.0? Once the 5.7L hits the shelves my truck is for sale! If anyone has any more info, please post.

Was the S/c will be marketed as a 100 hp Performance mod.
Real time Net HP will be around 82-85HP

So, we're talking about an almost 500 hp Lexus like pickup for the most part? Sounds pretty good to me :tu:

I'll pass too...at $52/Hp at the crank is a bit steep...especially when you factorin the added stress to the motor...even if it is under warranty.

Not worth the $$$$$ and the hassle.:td:

Hell bro, a single cab short bed w/the 5.7 should run with a srt10.
With a supercharger, you wouldn't kill it.
You'd rape it.
Hard.
Sorry, but you are not going to rape a SRT10. Beat it by a few tenths of a second, but not rape it. :D I think it would be a very close race and if I had to put my money on one it would be the SRT10, but add some traction bars to the Tundra, wide @ss tires and I would say the Tundra would be neck and neck to the SRT10 if not faster. I am already looking at buying a 4x2 Tundra right now!

Here are the specs to the SRT10
0-60 in 5.2 seconds
13.8 second quarter mile
.92 g skid-pad

Actually a 5.7 single cab Tundra is very close to that stock. Check out this post over on titan talk:
Stock Tundra 1/4 Times - Nissan Titan Forums

He doesn't have time slips to back it up so of course he could be ling but I don't think so.

my friend's body shop gets 20% off any factory part. factor that into your math.
