Are those Tundra Comercials for real? Can it really stop before falling off in to a canyon?

Yes it can. What they don't show you, though, is the pile of wrecked Tundras at the bottom of the canyon with dead professional drivers inside of them before they got the length of the ramp just right. :ts:
Thats what I thought! Had to have some kind of saftey harness or ropes or something.
Speaking of Toyota advertisements, there is a billboard here in Denver (I-25 southbound at 53rd) that says:

"The 2007 Tundra: We engineered the quit out of it"

I think its pretty witty and clever...:D
Yes it really can "stop before falling off in to a canyon" Here are the instructions:
1) Use eyes to for see canyon ahead
2) Apply brakes

I heard (True or not) that the canyon was actually put there by computer.
I heard they persuaded Evel Knievel to drive that truck in the commercial. They told him it was another chance to get his canyon jump right, but he decided the better of it as he approached the end of the ramp. They got the whole thing on film. :p

Damn you Evel, I still feel cheated from your first try over the snake river and now this? Please give the fountain another try, I love watching the first try.
