Installed mine yesterday, Scheduled next week for dyno runs and 1/4 test, will get video. Friggin sick I love it well worth it, dont care for traction control, automatically comes on after shifting to 2nd. Reflash takes away gov.-pegged speedo @120 @ 5000 rpm still pulling!!!:devil::angel:

Can anyone confirm this? I find it hard to believe Toyota would remove the limiter. Don't get me wrong, I really hope this is true. Just looking for a second opinion?

What second opinion do you need? Someone tested it on a dyno in this thread and managed to get it up to 170MPH or so on the dyno testing it with it pegged at around 5900 RPM or so. Its right here in this thread.

Sorry, guess I missed that out of the 20+ pages on here. Well that's great news to me, can't wait til I get mine one day! Way to got Toyota!

Just wondering, what the consequences would be to the engine if someone did the supercharger ecm flash without the s/c installed.

It would likely run poorly. The supercharger adds a whole new dimension to the engine's character, and as such, there should be quite a difference in the ways the computer is set up for both scenarios.

Very happy and has saved me from backing into other vehicles in parking lots already!

lol doubtful sano had a little accident with his 03 tundra.I think he purchased this because the secong gen is more truck then he can handle esp with your so called super charger. I need to stay away from that truck did it sell yet???
