tundra vse bazooka phase switch

can some one tell me the factory position of the phase switch located under the panel its the small slide switch on the circut board

so if u look at the bazooka from the rear drivers side door is it towards the drivers side door or passenger side door

i just cant seem to hear the differance i think it changes the polarity on the speaker correct me if i am wrong
