USB Port Flush Mount Solutions?

My new stereo head unit includes 3 USB port extension cables that I would like to utilize.

I plan on routing the USB extensions to:
1. One USB extension to one of the unused slots on the HVAC panel (directly below the passenger's TEMP/SYNC control knob)
2. Two USB extensions to the third-row seating area

What should I use for the USB faceplate that I will be used in the unused slot on the HVAC panel?
What should I use for the USB faceplates that will be used in the third row seating area?

This is for a 2010 Sequoia Limited
