2012 Tundra CM 4x4 90k

For the last few years my truck always had a steering wheel vibration when the truck was "cold". I chalked it up to my original wheels and tires and knew I was going to be lifting the truck and putting on some new wheels and tires. Fast Forward. After having new wheels and tires installed on my truck I still have the vibration.

Vibration only lasts for a few miles and then everything is smooth, no matter the speed.

Ideas?

Flat spots on a cold tire that has been sitting overnight? Try increasing the tire pressure for a few days to see if the problem goes away or is less noticeable.
