I notice that when I open the driver's door on my 2003 Tundra SR5 Access Cab when it has been out in the rain that water drips out, apparently due to a change in the level or position of the door. I assume water goes down the window, collects at the bottome of the door, and then runs out when the position of the door changes. Anyone else notice this? Thoughts on whether or not this will lead to the bottom of the door rusting out sooner rather than later?

Actually this is normal, that is during rain or washing your truck. There are weep hole's at the bottom of your doors to allow moisture to escape. Otherwise your doors would fill with water and it would sound like an ocean liner going down the road.
I wouldn't worry too much about rust, the insides are coated with a protectant to prevent this.
