Wow...sounds like a gremlin is in there for sure. So tell us which codes are currently getting stored. And why did you have to go through two bypass kits? Thinking one was bad & had it warrantied?Hi! I own a 2010 Sequoia SR5. It has been the best vehicle; until November 2020. We have spent $3000 or more (I stopped counting at this point) and months trying to figure it out. We are on mechanic #3. Also the local dealerships are a joke. Hence why I am here. If anybody can figure out why my Sequoia is stuck in limp mode after two bypass kits, 3 pumps and hoses, and numerous other parts and tests I am sure I can come up with some sort of prize.

Is that a recent pic? That thing looks MINT!Hey everyone. Just picked up a 2010 Platinum yesterday. We're planning on doing some lightweight overlanding - which we will affectionately call "adventurelanding" in it. We'll do some light mods to that end as we move on, and this Sequoia will eventually end up towing a travel trailer as well - probably something around the R Pod size.

The seller backed out of the Gen1 I was working on so I found another one and just got the deal done on a 2005 SR5, finish paperwork and take delivery tomorrow. Seems pretty loaded up for an SR5 which surprised me.I am in the market for a Gen1 and want to say thanks to this community for the tons of info I am gleaming. We own a Gen1 Tundra already and this Sequoia specific information here is a tremendous help!
Once I complete my purchase I will check back and also update my profile with the actual unit we purchase.
