I have a 2001 TRD Limited 2wd with 52,734 miles. I was wondering if I should go ahead and replace the timing belt/water pump due to age or wait till I hit the 90,000 mark? Also, should I replace all the other fluids or wait till I hit the 60,000 mark? I do my oil every 5000 with Mobile 1 syn 5w/30. The stealership says to wait on everything until I hit the milage specified in the owners book but I've read on here that the problem with the timing belt isn't really a wear problem but more of a deteriorating problem? Also, what about the valve adjustment? Go ahead or wait?
Thanks for all of your guys advice. This site along with all the info you guys have is why I bought a Tundra! I plan on putting 500,000 on her plus a ton of mods! My next mod....ARB air locker!!!!

I just posted on how the timing belt replacement went when i had it done last week earlier today, check it out. Not many parts were worn either by mileage or age so i'd say wait till 90K.
