There is a new development in my '07 front end.. at speeds of ~ 25 mph, especially while slowing down to a stop, the things makes a Wooo, wooo, wooo noise like a stick rubbing on a tire (which there is not).

So, I have a date with the wrenches and I should expect, maybe, what?

(I am suspecting the front differential or a bearing of some sort.. Dunno.)

sounds like front diff to me. mine used to do the same thing.

I think you are probably correct.

How was yours corrected? Replaced/repaired?? What was the down time?

Front differential. They have done different things to different trucks. Most seem like they are replacing the entire assembly.
