06DC limited TuRD 6,500 miles Fixed::tu: 1) Sun/moon roof rattle/scratch/loose cross beam. 2) Blown right rear shock-BILSTEIN (factory trd)
Not Fixed::td: 3) High pitch whistle while under heavy acceleration (not yet fixed) 4) lower ball joint (going in soon)
Not fixed caused by:devil: 5) Upper ball joint (seals tore, left and right) caused by 3 inch spacer lift (sits on top of shock assy) (getting fixed with lowers) Dealer is going to cover it because they are the ones that recommended that lift kit!. 6) flaw in front passenger seat material. (A row of fibers missing that stick through the backing). F_ING Dog! Funny thing is my dog jumped in and out of my old 93 dually and the material never got scuffed/tore ever. (getting fixed w/ball jo..)
Got the recall notice sitting on my desk at home so I'll get that done in a couple weeks and I do have a rattle in my moonroof, sounds like parpar1's problem. I had them look at this one time it was in for routine stuff but they couldn't find it, said I'd have to leave it overnight as it happens more when it's cold

Ball joint recall in the schedule
Driven daily like I stole it .No babying the baby.
i've been in once for rough idle at cold start up, brake pulsation, ball joint recall and gas nozzle falls out of fuel filler neck when pump shuts off. of course the dealer could noy verify problems except recall.....go figure. i have less than 5k on it.
* passenger side armrest loose - missing parts from original install or when leather added at port.
* a/c pipe leading to condensor leaking - new condensor and line plus fresh charge refrigerant
* blower motor replaced due to squeeking tsb
* front shocks replaced due to cracked plastic cover
* rear shocks replaced due to squeeking tsb
i solved my own vibration problems, aligned to DJ's specs, replaced stock muffler, added JBA headers.
