i recently got an 01 2WD taco and i need to put some wheels and tires on it without putting a lift cuz that's just not necessary. i was wondering what's the biggest i can put on there and any suggestions would be appreciated. i'm thinking 265/70/16 but afraid of rubbage. wheel suggestions would be cool as well.

The trd tacos come with 265/70/16 stock so you shouldn't have any rubbing with that tire.

oh yeah as far as wheels goes, stick to an 8" wide rim if you decide to run a 265 wide tire. Backspacing shouldn't be bigger than 4.5" and lug nut pattern is 6" on 5.5". You can go smaller on the backspacing if you want your tires to stick out a little further. How much are u willing to spend on a set of wheels?
