When did you change your transmission fluid?

Truck is at 105k, and I need an oil change. While I'm at the dealer, I'll be getting a coolant flush and 4x4 service. However, I'm not sure if I should do the transmission. Would you recommend it at this mileage? There's no dipstick - does the dealer have the know-how to change a "sealed" unit? (I don't believe in lifetime fluid btw).

Post 2007 Tundras use Toyota WS transmission fluid. The service procedure is pretty straightforward, and dealers definitely know how to do it. Getting past the service advisor is the hard part.

I flushed my transmission at 71,000 miles. The fluid I took out looked as good as the fluid I replaced. I used the WS fluid. Went to NAPA and had them order a case, and I took the 4 they had on the shelf. I now have 127,000. I replaced all 12 transmission pan bolts, I got the 4 out that broke. Chased all the threads in the transmission, replaced the filter and gasket, used anti seize and torqued them to specs.
We just got back from South Dakota, my son live 40 minutes away from Sturgis. I had the 4 wheeler on the pickup, and the motorcycle in my enclosed trailer. The Tundra does a great job pulling, I don’t force it to pull hard. I do reach 75 80 MPH and let it grow up to that speed.

When was the last time the trans fluid was changed? I'm going to assume at around 50,000 miles since that's what Toyota calls for, so yes, change the trans fluid if you want to keep the truck for as long as possible; now if you're going to be selling it privately soon, say in a year, then don't worry about it, let the next owner worry about it, that won't work though on a trade in, they will check the service reports history, and if they see the car has been neglected you'll get less trade in value.
