where is the fuse box and or fuse for the 2003 toyota matrixes radio i am 95% sure i blew it and i cant find owners manual please help i want my radio

Check the GAUGE/CIG/and DOME fuses.
The DOME is under the hood in the long fuse box

The GAUGE AND CIG are on the drivers side up under the dash. You have to lay on your back and look up to see them.
