I changed all of my bulbs to LED which were purchased at your standard auto parts store. In about 4 years I have had about 80% of them fail including the ones in the dash and instrument cluster.
Does anyone have a source for good quality LED bulbs? I don't want to continue tearing my dash apart to replace poor quality crappy bulbs.

Additionally I have lost my list for bulb types for my 2003 Tundra. Does anyone have a reference list?

Humm this is weird but I just replaced mine with the cheap Chinese ones on Amazon. No real issues I even have spares.

The center console will need 3 of the 194 bulbs and the rest will be the t5 then each door takes a 194 the license plate lights each take 194 the map lights I don't remember but I think were 194 do not pull the clear covers off to replace them since you need pull the whole unit to replace the ones for the garage door system with the t3 it needs 5 of them. During this time you will have access to the slots the map lights dwell in.
The dome light will take 2 194 and the last one I posted above in the center

If you choose to do the vanity mirrors be extra careful they are polarized and you will need a pry tool I suggest something non conductive or you might need fuses a 15amp and a 10amp and maybe a 7.5amp mini blade ones. I used a screw driver and had to flip them to find the right polarity.

I did not need replace any of the cluster lights I also read those were led from factory.

I posted a list of sorts.
Type 194 bulbs
2 in dome light
2 in map lights.
2 in doors
2 license plate lights
3 environmental controls
Type T5
Like 6 one in each button of the center console
Type T3
5 in compass/temperature unit one for each button for built in garage door or onstar
The 41mm festoon type
1x Center of dome light
If equipped with vanity mirrors with lights
The 27mm festoon style are needed 4 of them.

This is all I needed in my 05 DC limited
