Well im planning to put the Daystar 2.5 lift w/ add a leaf in the rear on my 2wd 05 dc. I currently have the stock 17's w/ 265/65/17 on them. A buddy of mine that works at four wheel parts suggested to upgrade to 265/70/17 but i was thinking about even going bigger to 285/70/17. My problem is would i have an issue rubbing by sticking with the stock wheels, would i need spacers or would the 265/70/17 fill out the wheel well area enough?

I had the stock wheels on my 05' with a similar front lift, and I ran a 285/70/17 with no problem. I would assume the 2WD would be the same?

265/70/17 will fit without spacers, great.
